EFFECT:  Authorizes the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), when developing a list of comprehensive sexual health education curricula that are consistent with specified requirements, to indicate whether the curricula are consistent with curricula related to preventing sexual abuse, child abuse, and neglect that was created through a program of the OSPI, the Department of Children, Youth, and Families, and school districts.
