On page 5, beginning on line 8 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection (a) and insert the following:

"(a) "Refusal skills training and sexual assault prevention" means a set of skills designed to help children recognize and avoid participating in high-risk behaviors as well as identify and avoid sexual predators;"
