Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: (1) Prohibits instruction provided in accordance with sexual health education or comprehensive sexual health education (CSHE) from describing abortion as a method of preventing pregnancy.
(2) Prohibits curricula, instruction, and materials provided to students in accordance with sexual health education or CSHE requirements from including information about abortion.
(3) Defines "abortion" by copying an existing definition in statutory provisions governing crimes and punishments.
