On page 3, line 39, after "section." insert "The requirements established in this subsection apply to public schools in a school district only if approved by a majority of the board of directors for the school district."

EFFECT: Requires that the school board approve application of the bill's requirements that public schools either choose a curriculum from the OSPI list or use specified review tools to choose another curriculum.
