On page 2, beginning on line 21 of the striking amendment, after "prevention.))" strike all material through "(3)" on line 34 of the striking amendment and insert "(((3)))"
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Eliminates the requirement to provide comprehensive sexual health education to each student by the 2021-22 school year for students in grades 6 through 12 and by the 2022-23 school year for all public school students.
