EFFECT:   Adds that the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction must consult with four members of the public, one appointed by each of the two largest caucuses of each chamber of the legislature, in addition to the Department of Health, when developing a list of comprehensive sexual health education curricula that meet specified requirements.
