On page 1, at the beginning of line 21, strike "to" and insert "through"

On page 2, line 7, after "twelve" strike "to" and insert "through"

On page 2, line 18, after "RCW 9.91.025;" insert "and"

On page 2, at the beginning of line 19, strike all material through "(c)" on line 22 and insert "(((c) May not have any convictions for a violation of any provision of Title 46 RCW or for unlawful transit conduct under RCW 9.91.025; and

On page 6, line 12, after "twelve" strike "to" and insert "through"

EFFECT: Clarifies that, as under current law, youth court is available to juveniles who are age 17 by referencing "juveniles age twelve through seventeen" rather than "juveniles age twelve to seventeen". Strikes language that disqualifies a juvenile from being referred to youth court if he or she has any conviction for a violation of any provision of Title 46 RCW or for unlawful transit conduct.
