EFFECT:   Changes the conditions under which a teacher's evaluation may not be negatively impacted for using curriculum or instructional materials that address subject matter related to sexual orientation including gender expression or identity from "if a teacher chooses to use such curriculum or instruction materials" to "solely because the teacher used a school district-approved curriculum or instructional materials."
