On page 1, line 31, after "action" insert "; or (ii) a retail establishment that sells a product on the list of products that are banned within alcohol impact areas, as identified by the liquor and cannabis board as of November 16, 2016"

EFFECT: Provides that the exemption from the State Environmental Policy Act does not apply to the siting of temporary shelters or transitional encampments within 1,000 feet of a store that sells certain alcoholic beverages that the Liquor and Cannabis Board has identified as being prohibited within alcohol impact areas.
