On page 479, after line 31, insert the following:

"General Fund: For transfer to the teachers' retirement system plan 1 fund, $300 million for fiscal year 2021……………………$300,000,000"

EFFECT: Transfers $300 million General Fund-State for fiscal year 2021 to the Teachers' Retirement System Plan 1 Fund.

Fiscal Impact:

$300 million is transferred, reducing General Fund-State resources, and increasing dedicated funds in the Teachers' Retirement System Plan 1 Fund.
