EFFECT:   Eliminates the changes to the 14-day notice to pay or vacate with respect to how payment must be made, so that payment must be made "by cash, cashier's check, money order or certified funds pursuant to the terms of the rental agreement" rather than "pursuant to the terms of the rental agreement or by nonelectronic means including, but not limited to, cashier's check, money order, or other certified funds".
