On page 3, line 8, after "section." insert "All contracts and contract related documents between an owner or operator of a facility described in subsection (1) of this section and a contractor to perform any onsite work described in subsection (1) of this section must be made available for public review and inspection."

EFFECT: Requires contracts between owners or operators of high hazard facilities and contractors to perform onsite work be made open to public review and inspection.
