On page 2, after line 7, insert the following:
"(b) The secretary of state shall print in the voters' pamphlet any picture of a presidential candidate from the candidate's yearbook, as well as any pictures, disclosed by a classmate of the candidate, where the candidate may have written a personal message."
EFFECT: Requires that the secretary of state print in the voters' pamphlet any picture of a presidential candidate from the candidate's yearbook, as well as any pictures, disclosed by a classmate of the candidate, where the candidate may have written a personal message.
