WHEREAS, Article II, section 36 of the state Constitution prohibits consideration of a bill introduced in the ten days preceding final adjournment of the Legislature unless the Legislature approves consideration by a vote of two-thirds of the members elected to each house;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the Legislature authorize consideration of Senate Bill No. 6025.
