Prohibits a person, except in the case of a medical emergency, from intentionally performing, attempting to perform, or inducing an abortion on a pregnant woman: (1) That will result in the bodily dismemberment, crushing, or human vivisection of the unborn child; and

(2) When the probable postfertilization age of the unborn child is eleven weeks or greater.
