Provides that, when a person who has been involuntarily committed to a hospital and inpatient care is no longer required, a discharge plan be developed to transition the person to the community. The superintendent or professional person in charge of the hospital must disclose publicly accessible forensic reports and relevant details of a person's criminal history to the entity providing oversight of that person. |
Provides that the information received by a law enforcement entity or prosecuting attorney's office under chapter 71.05 RCW may not be disclosed, subject to a civil penalty of five thousand dollars and other civil remedies. |
