Revises the Washington business corporation act.

Requires a corporation, by December 31, 2020, to have a minimum of one female director on its board.

Requires the office of the secretary of state, by December 31, 2020, to publish on its web site, the number of corporations that have at lease one female director.

Requires a domestic entity to deliver to the secretary of state for filing, a report that states information regarding the gender of each of the domestic entity's directors on its board of directors.
