On page 3, after line 9, insert the following:

"(c) The exemptions specified in (a) of this subsection do not prohibit an audit authorized or required under Title 29A RCW from being conducted."

EFFECT: Specifies that the election security exemptions under the act do not prohibit an audit which is authorized or required under the elections code from being conducted.
