On page 2, line 12, after "days of" strike "the discovery of" and insert "making a finding or determination that the officer engaged in"

EFFECT: Provides that a law enforcement agency must report an officer's conduct to a prosecutor within 10 days of making a finding or determination (rather than discovery) that the officer engaged in an act that is potentially exculpatory or misconduct that affects credibility.
