On page 2, after line 26, insert the following:

"(c) The provisions of (a) and (b) of this subsection do not apply to any renewal of the tax authorized under this section."

On page 3, after line 3, insert the following:

"(c) The provisions of (a) and (b) of this subsection do not apply to any renewal of the tax authorized under this section."

EFFECT: Provides that the provisions requiring an interlocal agreement between certain counties imposing or seeking to impose the tax and certain cities in those counties, do not apply to any renewal of the tax.
