EFFECT:  Allows the landlord to serve at any time a 30-day notice to quit due to an intentional, knowing, and material misrepresentation or omission on the tenant's application. Removes a provision providing landlords of subsidized housing the option to

terminate a tenancy at any time if a misrepresentation on the

tenant's application makes the tenant ineligible for subsidized

housing.
