| EFFECT: Strikes the section providing that practices covered by this bill are matters vitally affecting the public interest for the purpose of applying the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), violations of this bill's regulations are per se violations of the CPA, and violations may be enforced solely by the Attorney General. |
