On page 24, after line 17, insert the following:
"Any member who requires special accommodations due to a physical or mental disability may call the rostrum to speak or vote on an amendment or bill if they are unable to do so remotely."
EFFECT: Authorizes members who require special accommodations to call the rostrum to speak or vote on an amendment or bill if unable to do so remotely.
