| EFFECT: Adds an exception to the bill's restriction for licensed firearms manufacturers that manufacture, import, distribute, sell, or offer for sale a large capacity magazine for the purpose of sale to a concealed pistol license (CPL) holder, subject to the requirement that the manufacturer require, and the CPL holder pass, a background check prior to each sale. |
