On page 1, after line 32 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(iii) Notwithstanding (a)(ii) of this subsection (3), judgments founded on the tortious conduct of public school districts or individuals acting in their representative capacity for a school district bear interest from the date of entry at the same rate as in (a)(i) of this subsection (3)."
