On page 5, line 8 of the striking amendment, after "issued" insert "; and

(e) Be offered within six months following the expiration of the eviction moratorium or the end of the public health emergency, whichever is greater"

EFFECT: Requires any repayment plan offered by a landlord to a tenant for unpaid rent that accrued between March 1, 2020 and six months following the expiration of the eviction moratorium or the end of the public health emergency, whichever is greater, to be offered within that time period.
