On page 7, line 36 of the striking amendment, after "commitment" strike "as well as" and insert "; any person or persons identified in RCW 71.09.140(2)(a) who have opted to receive notifications under this chapter; and"

EFFECT: Requires notice of a preliminary less restrictive alternative placement identified by the Department of Social and Health Services for a sexually violent predator's non-contested conditional release proceedings to be served upon any victim who has opted into receiving notifications under the existing notification procedures.
