On page 2, at the beginning of line 34 of the striking amendment, beginning with "(10)" strike all material through "nights." on line 37

On page 4, line 35 of the striking amendment, after "exemption" strike all material through "county" on line 39

EFFECT: Removes provisions that would allow a city or county that has not adopted a required hardship exemption to still impose owner-occupancy requirements on lots containing accessory dwelling units if the owner offers an accessory dwelling unit in the state for short-term rental or owns more than three accessory dwelling units in the county, and removes related provisions referencing or defining short-term rentals.
