On page 2, line 29, after "visa" insert "for a period of at least 30 days"

EFFECT: Specifies that a housing development is not considered to be built exclusively for workers on an H-2A visa if at least one unit in the development is occupied for a period of at least 30 days by a farmworker who does not have an H-2A visa.
