On page 2, line 32 of the striking amendment, after "least" strike "120" and insert "115"

EFFECT: Reduces the required minimum funded status from 120 to 115 percent in order for the 10 percent cap on the tuition unit price to go into effect for the Guaranteed Education Tuition program.
