Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Removes the electric vehicle target that all passenger and light duty vehicles of model year 2030 or later be electric vehicles, along with the requirement that the Electric Vehicle Coordinating Council complete a scoping plan for achieving this target.
