On page 2, line 18, after "20-48," strike "20-49,"

On page 2, after line 19, insert the following:

"FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That Proclamation 20-49 issued by Governor Jay Inslee in response to the COVID-19 state of emergency is hereby extended until 11:59 PM on February 2, 2021, or until rescinded by gubernatorial or legislative action, whichever occurs first."

EFFECT: Changes the date to which Proclamation 20-49 (relating to waiving and suspending statutory requirements around garnishments for consumer debt in certain circumstances) is extended to 11:59 PM on February 2, 2021, or until rescinded by the Governor or legislature, rather than until the termination of the state of emergency or until rescinded by the Governor or legislature.
