EFFECT: Requires a city over 50,000 in a county with a population more than 500,000, but less than 1,500,000, to include both a representative from the mayor's office and city council in the interlocal agreement process to determine the distribution of revenue from the local sales and use tax for emergency communication systems and facilities. The city council representative must include the council president or public safety committee chair.
