NEW SECTION. Sec. 4. A new section is added to chapter
69.50 RCW to read as follows:
Any increase in the number of retailer, producer, or processor licenses in existence on June 30, 2023, must be approved by the legislature.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. Section 4 of this act takes effect June 30, 2023."
