On page 2, line 7, after "(d)" insert "Prohibit the subdivision of a parcel or lot upon the sale or conveyance of a detached accessory dwelling unit on the parcel or lot;

Correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Authorizes GMA cities and counties to prohibit the subdivision of a parcel/lot when a detached ADU is sold.
