On page 2, line 19, after "use." insert "A city, town, or county that lacks adequate missing middle housing stock may not adopt or enforce the statewide residential reach code."

EFFECT: Prevents a city, town, or county from adopting the statewide residential reach code if the city, town, or county does not have adequate middle housing stock.
