On page 4, line 38, after "outcomes." strike "Nor shall the state penalize, prosecute, or otherwise take adverse action against someone for aiding or assisting a pregnant individual in exercising their right to reproductive freedom with their voluntary consent."
EFFECT: Removes the provision that prohibits the state from penalizing, prosecuting, or otherwise taking adverse action against someone for aiding or assisting a pregnant individual in exercising their right to reproductive freedom with their voluntary consent.
