On page 4, line 15, after "December 1," strike "2024" and insert "2025"

On page 4, line 16, after "January 1," strike "2022" and insert "2023"

EFFECT: Changes the expiration date from January 1, 2025, to January 1, 2027, changes the report due date from the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee from December 1, 2024, to December 1, 2025, and changes the effective date from January 1, 2022, to January 1, 2023.
