"Penalties provided by this section may not be combined with any penalties applied pursuant to chapter . . . (Substitute Senate Bill No. 5191), Laws of 2021."
EFFECT: The attorney general may not seek penalties under both SSB 5191 and the CPA against a person who has committed price gouging during a state of emergency.
