On page 2, line 24, after "sentence" insert ", and the person has no subsequent convictions for any drug offense"
EFFECT: Adds a requirement that the individual not have been convicted of a drug offense during the five-year period after entry of the judgment and sentence in order to have the previous drug offense removed from their offender score after five years.
