On page 15, after line 29, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. By September 1, 2024, and in compliance with RCW 43.01.036, the employment security department must study the impacts of this act on Washington's unemployment insurance trust fund, the unemployment insurance contribution rates of employers, and the unemployment insurance benefits paid; and must provide a report to the governor and the appropriate committees of the legislature of the impacts."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
