On page 7, line 34, after "state." insert ""Distribute" does not include transfers of large capacity magazines between individuals when one of the individuals transferring the large capacity magazine operates a firearms training instructor business in coordination with a shooting range or facility."
EFFECT: Clarifies the definition of "distribute" to exclude transfers where one individual operates a firearms training instructor business in coordination with a shooting range or facility.
