On page 2, line 35, after "(5)" insert the following:
"All offenders placed on home detention as part of the graduated reentry program must receive racial equity and implicit bias training prior to transfer to home detention.
(6)"
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Requires participants in the graduated reentry program to receive racial equity and implicit bias training prior to transfer to home detention.
