EFFECT: Replaces "problem sexual behaviors" with "sexual offenses;" clarifies requirement for individuals under the age of 18 to register if the individual: (A) resides in Washington state and does not attend a school or is not employed, (B) is prosecuted in adult court pursuant to autodecline and convicted of a sex offense, and (C) has an out-of-state, tribal, or federal sex or kidnapping conviction; and changes references to Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs and Washington state patrol with "each registering agency."
