EFFECT: Requires individual stays in transient lodging of more than 30 days prior to March 1, 2020, for the individual to be considered a tenant eligible for protections under the bill. Excludes individuals with stays in transient lodging of more than 30 days after March 1, 2020, tenant protection eligibility if the hotel/motel or camping area has provided a seven-day eviction notice that includes certain information and resources.
