On page 9, line 5, after "full" insert "and the person has not previously been granted a payment plan for the same monetary obligation"
EFFECT: Removes the requirement that the court enter into a payment plan with a person who has failed to pay a monetary obligation associated with a traffic infraction if the court has previously entered into a payment obligation with the person for the same monetary obligation.
