On page 1, line 15, after "(3)" insert "(a)"

On page 2, at the beginning of line 1, strike "(a)" and insert "(i)"

On page 2, at the beginning of line 4, strike "(b)" and insert "(ii)"

On page 2, after line 6, insert the following:

"(b) The department of revenue's estimates under this subsection (3) may not be overturned by a court except upon a showing of willful misconduct by clear, cogent, and convincing evidence."

EFFECT: Limits court challenges to the Department of Revenue's estimates for gross sales of aircraft fuel.
