On page 50, line 20, after "(2)" strike "$7,500,000" and insert "$10,500,000"

On page 50, after line 25, insert the following:

"Trades District (Chelan-Douglas Regional Port). . . .$3,000,000"

EFFECT: Provides $3 million in funding for the Trades District (Chelan-Douglas Regional Port) subproject within the Ports Infrastructure major project. Reduces by $3 million grants to port authorities that handle more than $1 billion in marine cargo exports per year.

FISCAL EFFECT: None.
