On page 9, line 8, decrease the Judicial Information Systems Account—State Appropriation by $25,400,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 15, beginning on line 21, strike all of subsection (26)
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Removes duplicate appropriation for the Administrative Office of the Courts to utilize funds in the Judicial Information Systems account for completion of the case management system for courts of limited jurisdiction.
