Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 22, beginning on line 26, strike all of subsection (10)
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Removes funding and proviso for an analysis of the lower Snake river dams.
